You can fly to Kauai direct or you can fly into one of the other islands such as Oahu, Hawaii or Maui and then a short hop over to Kauai.

There are many small hotels in the $100-$150 a night range and many more condos and houses to rent that sleep 6/8. But we STRONGLY suggest if your coming to book flights and rooms early.

Kauai is the oldest of the main Hawaiian chain and the smallest. The entire island can be driven around in approx 3 hours.October is the best time of the year weather wise. But, expect rain for brief periods each day. This means great cloudscapes and rainbows.
